Support That Meets People Where They Are

Hopeful Authentic Pathways (HAP) offers mobile, non-clinical peer support and animal-assisted activities for men in transition across Prince Edward Island. Amy Mullen needed a website that felt welcoming to the men HAP serves while giving social workers, doctors, and community partners a clear way to make referrals.

Brousseau Design built the HAP brand and website together — a custom logo, a calm coastal colour palette, and a site written in plain, hopeful language. Separate paths for people seeking support and for professionals making referrals keep every visitor one step from the right next action.

The site launched in fall 2026 with a referral page, an FAQ that answers the questions people are often nervous to ask, and contact forms routed straight to the HAP team.
